Return Policy Overview
At Fulfillment Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order items
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
- Contact us at fulfillmentsupplies@gmail.com or call (470) 912-4762
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item(s) back to us with the RMA number clearly marked
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately atfulfillmentsupplies@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
